Unused Ticket Refunds
Martz Trailways Refunds
Special Fare Tickets such as Atlantic City, Mt Airy Casino, Sands Casino, and Curbside Express are non-refundable and non-transferable (travel dates cannot be changed). If for any reason you are unable to travel the date you selected, a friend or family member may travel in your place. Please contact a Martz representative to have the name changed on your ticket.
Refunds are based on the value of the unused portion of the ticket. Refund amounts are calculated by first subtracting the full-fare value (not the discounted value) of the tickets used and a $7.50 per person processing fee. At times, this will result in no refund for partially used commuter tickets and party fares.
Requesting a Martz Refund:
Martz Tickets Purchased at the ticket counter – the original ticket must be received by our Corporate office to process the refund. Please mail to: Martz Refunds, 239 Old River Road, Wilkes-Barre PA 18702. Please be sure to include your name, address, phone number. Martz is not responsible for tickets lost in the mail. Martz Agents at our full service locations (Wilkes-Barre, Scranton, Mt Pocono and Stroudsburg) can send your unused ticket the corporate office for you if this is more convenient, however Agents cannot process refunds at the counter.
Martz Eticket Purchased online – Refund requests for unused online tickets require a 30 day waiting period (30 days from the original travel date) after this time we can make an exception to refund less the applicable service fee(s). Please call a Martz Representative to help you with the request. It is a better value if you are able to use the tickets. An online full-fare Martz round trip is good 1 year, one-way is good for 90 days, a Party Fare is good for 30 days, you can use on any date or schedule in either direction. No extra steps are needed.

Important Note: Tickets purchased at Martz locations may not fall under Martz Refund policies if the trip begins on another Carriers line, (Greyhound/GLI, Fullington/FAB, & etc.). In these cases Customers will be required to contact the originating Carrier directly for refund requests.
