We are in the midst of a global response to the COVID-19/Coronavirus pandemic. On March 4, we released a statement outlining the Martz Group’s comprehensive coach cleaning and disinfecting procedures. Similarly, we have instructed all employees to follow CDC guidelines to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus. This includes frequent hand washing and disinfecting, avoiding close personal contact, staying home if you are experiencing symptoms or feeling sick, covering coughs and sneezes, frequently cleaning surfaces, and other similar guidance.
Reliability - We intend to continue bus service to meet customer needs.
Martz recognizes that many people do not have the ability to work from home and must continue to travel for work. Others rely on Martz for travel to healthcare-related and other necessary appointments. The Martz Team will do all we can to ensure our service is available to you throughout this crisis. In order to continue service during this unpredictable time, there may be additional changes to bus schedules and limited terminal hours. Please check the Martz Message Board before traveling and consider signing up for Martz Alerts by visiting our homepage www.martztrailways.com and scrolling to the bottom to sign up for text and/or email alerts.
Courtesy – We will provide the full coupon value of unused commuter tickets during this crisis.
Many commuters are unable to utilize tickets as planned due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control. As such, we will provide commuter customers with the full coupon value of unused tickets from one (1) commuter package per person expiring 3/1/2020 or later. This will be provided in the form of a credit to your Martz Rewardz Account that can be applied to reduce the cost of future purchases. If you need assistance creating a Martz Rewardz Account please call 570 821 3800. Due to certain restrictions in the ticketing process, credits will be applied upon request only after your current commuter package has expired.
In addition, Martz will work with customers to reschedule full fare, special, and casino ticket trips any time throughout the next 12 months, free of charge. When you are ready to travel, and feel comfortable doing so, our agents will be here to help you reissue your tickets for use on a different date.
