I’m glad to report as of Monday June 19th we will be fully staffed. On behalf of the Martz Team, I would to apologize for the inconveniences our operational challenges have caused you. The Driver shortage occurred due to an unusually large number of extended absences within a short period of time. Although we diligently recruited and hired great Drivers, Martz safety standards of 160 hours of training still needed to be met, causing this gap. We have learned a lot over the past several weeks.
