Martz is not responsible for lost items. However, we offer a courtesy service to help retrieve items left on the bus. Customers must register lost items by calling 570-821-3866.

You are asked to leave a detailed message that includes your name, call back number, date of travel and a detailed description of the lost item. A Martz Representative will contact you within 3 business days (excludes weekends).
